Extended Health Benefits Coverage
Counselling is covered under your extended health benefits plan. Contact your provider to determine your annual maximum. Most plans range between $500-$1000. Eagle Mountain Counselling does not direct bill. You will pay for your session at the start of each session and your counsellor will email you an invoice to submit to your health provider for reimbursement.
Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy
Eagle Mountain Counselling values your time and asks that you value ours. Please provide us with a minimum of 24 hours notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Cancellations without proper notice are subject to a cancellation fee equal to the cost of your missed session.

Late cancellation fees must be paid prior to your next session.
